Return Policy

If you purchase products from Amazon, we will refund all unopened boxes in the same condition that you received them within 30 days of delivery. Products must be sealed in the original packaging.

Refunds will be given after products have been returned and inspected. If returns are opened or have been tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund. We cannot accept returned products that have been opened, as we are unable to resell anything if the factory seal has been broken.

If you believe the product is defective, please contact customer support so we can help you. ACON Laboratories guarantees all of our products with a warranty and will replace your product at no charge to you if the product is found to be defective or damaged. **Please see warranty information below.**
